Article 8.5 of the 1989 and 1990 contract states that employees who are not exempt from the <br />Fair Labor Standards Act, working in excess of 40 hours within the work week, shall be <br />compensated for such overtime at the rate of 1-1/2 times the employee's regular rate of pay. <br />The proposal for the 1991 contract requests that overtime be paid for hours in excess of 40 <br />hours within the work week or 8 hours in a day. <br /> <br />~ EDUCATION REIMBURSEMENT <br /> <br />This is a new proposal for the 1991 contract. <br /> <br />~ DURATION <br /> <br />The current contract duration is for two years, 1989 and 1990. <br />contract one year in duration. <br /> <br />The proposal for 1991 is for a <br /> <br />BREAK-DOWN OF COSTS: <br /> <br />Appendix A - Wages & Perf.
