Aside from the above described groups, I see other horse <br />owr~ers as we also grow and sell hay at our hobby farm; it is; <br />my observation that many could find horse ownership more <br />rewarding if they had op])ortunJ, ties Lo become better Jnfor~ed <br />and thus more responsib].e hor~e-keepers. The ordil~ance <br />recentl.~; adopted takes the first big step towards <br />acknowJedging that horses are not just big pets, and have <br />unique ~'~eeds and requirements. <br /> <br />I do not have any direct municipal experience, nor am I <br />affi]_i, ai,ed with horse breed associations or with the Western <br />Saddle Clubs Association groups. <br /> <br />~ly non-horse related credentials include a full-time caree~~ <br />as a bank officer.
