CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> <br /> FOR <br /> <br />MATE PUNCH AND DIE COMPANY <br /> <br />On September 10, 1990, Site Plan approval was granted by the City <br />of Ramsey ("City") to Mate Punch and Die Company, a Minnesota <br />corporation, ("Permittee") to construct a 46,336 square foot <br />building expansion ("Structure") on the property at 6400 Industry <br />Avenue NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, which property is legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The South 200 feet of the North 250 feet of the East 660 <br />feet of Lot 1, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 30, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, said distances being measured parallel <br />to the North and East lines of said Lot 1. <br /> <br />Together with the South 212.68 feet of the North 462.68 feet <br />of the East 660 feet of Lot 1, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 30 <br />in Anoka County, Minnesota, said distances being measured <br />parallel to the North and East lines of said Lot 1, EXCEPT <br />Parcels 6A and 8A as shown on Anoka County Highway right-of- <br />way Plat No. 1. <br /> <br />Together with Outlot C of GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT <br />2, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />PIN: 34-32-25-11-0006 <br />("Site") <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey <br />City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed as shown <br />on the plans submitted to and approved by the City's <br />Building Official. Approval is given for a concrete <br />block building which will conform in appearance with the <br />existing building on the Site and in accordance with the <br />Site Plan presented to the City. All building plans must <br />be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or <br />architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be <br />constructed in accordance with the requirements of the <br />State Building Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
