Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE <br />PARABODY LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-30 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Improvement Project g90-30 <br />(ParaBody Landscaping), bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the <br />following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />/3idder Amou.nl of Bid <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that of <br /> , Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into a contract with of , Minnesota in the name <br />of the City of Ramsey for ParaBody according to the plans and specifications therefore <br />approved by the Ramsey City Council and on file in the office of the City <br />Administrator/Clerk. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br />bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder <br />and next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 10th day of September, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
