Case <br /> <br />INTRODUCE ORDINANCE REDUCING WMMI TIPPING FEES <br /> <br />By: William K. Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />On August 28, 1990, the Council directed staff to prepare an <br />ordinance for introduction, which ordinance when adopted will <br />decrease the amount of tipping fee charged W~MI at the Anoka <br />Regional Landfill by 60%. Therefore the enclosed ordinance is <br />presented per council direction.
