Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION %90-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENTS) <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />PROJECT %90-29 (RIVER'S BEND PARK CDBG <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the city of Ramsey has determined to use CDBG funds <br />in construction of site improvements for River's Bend'Park, ~nd <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 28, 1990, a public hearing regarding the <br />proposed CDBG funds was held, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 28, 1990, the City Council adopted <br />Resolution 90-08-288 expressing their intent to make said <br />improvements utilizing CDBG funds subject to County approval. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed and consists <br />of site improvements for River's Bend Park. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Mr. Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is <br />hereby designated as the landscape architect for this <br />improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the <br />making of such improvement. <br /> <br />3) That the City Finance Director receive a copy of this <br /> resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 10th day of September, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />city Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
