EXHIBIT E <br />FORM OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br />The undersigned hereby certifies that Professional Properties, LLC, a Minnesota Limited <br />Liability Company, has fully and completely complied with its obligations under Article III of <br />that document entitled;"Contract for Private Development", dated April 1, 2005 between the City <br />of Ramsey, Minnesota and Professional Properties, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability <br />Company, recorded in the office of the Anoka County Recorder as Document Number <br />(the "Agreement"), with' respect to construction of the Minimum Improvements on <br />the real estate which is legally described as follows: <br />The North 200 feet of the South 233 feet of the West 200 feet of the East 1146 feet of the South Half of <br />the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County Minnesota <br />(the "Development Property") in accordancewith the Construction Plans, and is released and <br />forever discharged from its obligations under the above referenced • Article III of the Agreement. <br />In addition, a Lien Agreement between Professional Properties, LLC, a Minnesota <br />Limited Liability Company and the City of Ramsey dated and recorded in <br />the office of -the Anoka County Recorder as Document Number is hereby <br />terminated- and the lien against the Development Property created thereby released and <br />discharged. <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />Dated: By: <br />Its Mayor <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF ANO.KA ) <br />By: <br />Its City Administrator <br />On this. day of , , before me, a Notary Public, personally <br />appeared and to me personally known, <br />who, being each by me duly sworn did say that they are respectively the Mayor and City <br />Administrator of the City of Ramsey, the Municipal •Corporation named in the foregoing <br />instrument, and the seal. affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said Municipal, <br />Corporation, and the said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said Municipal <br />Corporation by authority of its City Council and said Thomas G.
