CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 01/14/2014 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution # 14-01-014 Granting Request for Release of Development Agreement for ALPACA ESTATES <br />4TH ADDITION on Tract A, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 254 <br />Case of Ramsey, Arbor Properties, LLC <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The City has received a request from Ramsey -Arbor Properties, LLC for a release of Development Agreement for <br />ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION on Tract A, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 254. This Development <br />Agreement was recorded in 1997, and all obligations of said Agreement have been completed.
