I Case <br /> <br />CONSIDER ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE REDUCING TIPPING FEES <br />AT THE MIXED MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE LANDFILL <br /> <br />By: William K. Goodrich <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />On September 10, the Council introduced an ordinance which, if <br />adopted, will reduce the tipping fee paid to the City by 60% if the <br />landfill operator reaches a minimum daily average of 185 tons of <br />fill deposit, figured on a monthly basis.
