CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />ANOKA COUNTYt MINNESOTA <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> FOR <br /> <br />NORTHFORK TRAIL ADDITION <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the <br />"CITY"), and NORTH FORK, INC., a Minnesota corporation, whose <br />address is 713 Bradford Avenue North, Champlin, Minnesota 55316 <br />("the DEVELOPER") and the NORTH FORK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., <br /> <br /> (the "ASSOCIATION"). <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER desires to plat as a minor subdivision <br />the following described property situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> See attached Exhibit "A" containing the legal <br /> description, which is incorporated herein as if fully set <br /> forth at this point. <br /> <br />the "Subject Property"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the FEE OWNER of the Subject Property is the <br />DEVELOPER; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 25, 1990, pursuant to Resolution 90-09 <br />-__, the CITY approved the final plat of the Subject Property which <br />plat is known as NORTHFORK TRAIL ADDITION (the "Plat") contingent <br />on certain requirements, including DEVELOPER and CITY entering into <br />this contract; and <br /> <br /> <br />
