DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - NORTHFORK TRAIL ADDITION of all required land development/environmental permit(s) and permit requirements from all other governmental agencies including U.S Army Corp of Engineers and Department of Natural Resources. IV. PARK DEDICATION No Park Dedication. No Park dedication shall be required of this Plat because the Park dedication requirement has been previously satisfied by the Northfork PUD Park Agreement, notwithstanding the Park dedication referenced in Paragraph 1 herein. Environment Preservation. The CITY agrees to take all reasonable precaution in constructing the trailways on the Park land dedication in order to reasonably minimize the impact of said construction on trees and other vegetation in the trail corridor. In order to aid the CITY in thereby protecting the environment, the ASSOCIATION agrees to deed to the CITY additional land for trail right-of-way as may be necessary in order to avoid any significant impact on trees and/or vegetation which the CITY and the Association mutually deem environmentally significant and worth saving. Ve GENERAL Tree Disease Prevention. The DEVELOPER shall prevent the introduction and spread of tree disease into the residue tree populations of the Plat and adjoining properties and reduce the impacts of construction on the residual property of the Plat and adjoining properties. The DEVELOPER in order to accomplish this shall: Install physical barriers such as snow fence or string with ribbon, etc. around trees that may be affected by any construction on the Plat (the fencing will be at least ten feet (10') from these remaining trees); be Insure that all equipment operators will have readily available tree wound dressing and will apply immediately to damaged trees if wounding occurs;
