I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #90-09- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR MATT BULLOCK CONTRACTING CO., INC. (PROJECT 90-26 CENTRAL PARK BALLFIELDS) WHEREAS, the City Council of the_~i~y _of Ramsey approved_this project on August 29, 1990°; and WHEREAS, the city Council of the city of Ramsey adopted Resolution #90-08-287 awarding the bid to Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc. for the construction of the Central Park Ballfields. WHEREAS, Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment to Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc. in the amount of $36,558.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That.the city Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc. for the ballfield construction in the amount of $36,558.00. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or city Administrator to sign the release for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #90-09- approving payment of bills for the month of September, 1990. 4) That the city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of September, 1990.
