I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY WITH THIS AGREEMENT entered into this ~ day of September, 1990 between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Lord of Life Lutheran Church, hereinafter referred to as "Church". WHEREAS, Church has requested permission to use the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center Sundays between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon from September 1990 through May 1991 for adult forum classes; and WHEREAS, the City has approved this request contingent upon Church and the City entering into an agreement. NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual agreement and covenants and conditions hereinafter contained, IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: That Church agrees that their use of the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center will be on Sundays (8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon) from September 16, 1989 through May 1991. II. That Church shall provide the City with a copy of their liability insurance naming the City in their limits of liability through the entire period they are requesting use of the Ramsey Municipal Center. General liability coverage must be in an amount no less than $600,000.00. III. That Church agrees and understands that if another organization or group requests the use of the Council Chambers during Church's scheduled times, then the Church shall make other arrangements. It is also agreed that the City will make every effort to give Church adequate notice of any conflict of times.
