I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />A,I~.2~T.I)_F.~ AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE <br />WITH CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into this ~ day of September, 1990 between the City of <br />Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Victorious Jesus Church, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Church". <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Church has been using the lower level of the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. as a temporary facility <br />to hold church services (for a period of 12 months beginning February 4, 1990); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Church has requested permission to also use the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center lower level on Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. for the period September 1990 <br />through May 1991; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has approved this request contingent upon Church and the <br />City entering into an agreement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual agreement and covenants and <br />conditions hereinafter contained, <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That Church agrees that their use of the lower level of the Ramsey Municipal Center will be <br />on Sundays (8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) beginning on February 4, <br />1990 for a period of 12 months and on Wednesdays (7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) beginning <br />September 12, 1990 for a period of eight months. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />That Church shall provide the City with a copy of their liability insurance naming the City <br />in their limits of liability through the entire period they are requesting use of the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center. General liability coverage must be in an amount no less than <br />$600,000.00. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />That Church agrees and understands that if another organization or group requests the use <br />of the lower level during Church's scheduled times, then the Church shall make other <br />arrangements.
