I i I I I ~ On December 19, 1989, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary concept for Fox Ridge Estates P.U.D. and the plat was returned to the Planning and Zoning Commission for an additional public hearing and review. On April 3, 1990, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the enlarged Fox Ridge Estates P.U.D. and recommended final plat approval. On April 11, 1990, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission recommended final plat approval of Fox Ridge Estates P.U.D. On August 7, 1990, the City received a request from Gerald Bauer to develop Fox Ridges Estates in two phases. On August 14, 1990, the Ramsey City Council granted final plat approval to Fox Ridge Estates P.U.D. (Phase I). In that same week, Gerald Bauer notified City Staff that he would be seeking final plat approval of Fox Ridge Estates P.U.D. 2nd Addition as soon as possible so as not to jeopardize his capability to plat Phase 2 under the same criteria as Phase 1 as it relates to appropriate time frames for completing preliminary plats approved prior to January i, 1990 at less than 4 in 40 densities. Staff Recommendation: City Staff recommends final plat approval of Fox Ridge Estates P.U.D. 2nd Addition contingent upon compliance with the Engineer's review dated September 19, 1990.
