AMSEY <br /> <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> FOR <br /> <br />STEPHEN J. FRANTA, D/B/A <br />C & L CANVAS CRAFTS <br /> <br />On September 25, 1990, Site Plan approval was granted by the City <br />of Ramsey ("city") to Stephen J. Franta, d/b/a C & L Canvas Crafts, <br />("Permittee") to construct a 3,472 square foot building expansion <br />("Structure") on the property at 7815 Riverdale Road, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 3, ALPACA ESTATES, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />PIN: 28-32-25-32-0009 <br />("Site") <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey' <br />city Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed as shown <br />on the plans submitted to and approved by the city's <br />Building official. Approval is given for a building to <br />be constructed in accordance with the Site Plan presented <br />to the City. All building plans must be prepared and <br />certified by a registered engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be <br />constructed in accordance with the requirements of the <br />State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited and <br />constructed, on the Site as shown on the Site Plan <br />submitted by Permittee, which Site Plan is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A" and consists of two (2) sheets, <br />dated August 21, 1990, and drawn by Graphic Design <br />Architects, 320 East Main Street, Anoka, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. Permittee will construct and <br />install the following Site Improvements on the Site in <br />accordance with the specifications and location as shown <br />on Exhibit "A". The Improvements are the following: <br /> <br />Concrete Curb consisting of B612 around new parking <br />lot perimeter; <br />Bituminous parking lot providing for a minimum of <br />six (6) parking spaces and one (1) handicapped <br />space; <br />Bituminous driveway; <br /> <br /> <br />
