III. <br /> <br />CITY DIRECTED <br />PERMrrTING PROCEDURE <br /> <br />Project sponsor submits a proposal to the City. <br /> <br />City reviews project to determine if the project is in accordance with the WMO guidelines. <br />A. If in compliance, the City issues the permit. <br /> <br />B. If not in compliance, the City may apply for a variance with thc WMO. <br /> <br /> 1. Engineer reviews the proposal. <br /> <br /> 2. Engineer submits the proposal to thc Board with recommendations. <br /> <br /> 3. Board reviews thc proposal with recommendations and acts. <br /> <br />City inspects thc project monthly to ensure compliance with construction erosion control <br />regulations. <br /> <br /> <br />
