BASSETT CREEK WMO <br />PERMITTING PROCEDURE <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />VII. <br /> <br />VIII. <br /> <br />Project sponsor submits a proposal to the City. <br /> <br />City reviews the proposal to determine if a WMO permit is required. <br /> <br />Proposals requiring permits are submitted to the engineer of the WMO by the project <br />sponsor. <br /> <br />Engineer reviews the proposal for compliance with the regulations of the watershed. <br />Engineer submits the proposal to the Board with recommendation. <br /> <br />Board reviews the proposal with the recommendation and acts. <br /> <br />The permit with any conditions is sent to the City for inclusion with the City's permit. <br />Inspections to ensure compliance are performed monthly. <br /> <br /> <br />
