LOWER RUM RIVER WMO <br />ALTERNATIVE PERMITTING PROCEDURE <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Mo <br /> <br />Project sponsor submits the proposed project to the City. <br /> <br />City determines review authority. <br /> <br />LRRWMO reviews the following proposals: <br />1. Municipal/government sponsored projects <br />2. Projects directly affecting Class A or Class B water resources <br />3. All industrial and commercial development of greater that 2 acres <br />4. All projects requiring a variance from the WMO's standards <br /> <br />City reviews all other proposals including the following: <br />1. Residential developments <br />2. Industrial and commercial development of less than 2 acres <br /> <br />Coordination <br /> <br />LRRWMO returns the proposals with any requirements to the City for <br />administration. <br />City submits on a monthly basis a summary of ail new permits issued to the <br />LRRWMO. <br />City submits on a monthly basis a summary of inspections. <br /> <br />Construction Observation - City visits the projects on a monthly basis to ensure compliance <br />with construction erosion control regulations. <br /> <br />Final Review - Upon project completion City verifies that all water quality, structures and <br />requirements have been incorporated in the project. <br /> <br /> <br />
