The <br />remaining compost will be used as a mulch and a topsoil conditioner <br />on the adjacent landfill buffer areas and for the landfill cover. <br />As a result, it is not expected that a surplus of composted <br />material will be stored on site. If more compost is produced than <br />can be used at the Anoka Landfill site then area farmers will be <br />contacted to take the surplus. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />
