amendments to the Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision <br />Ordinance or other official controls (as defined in Minnesota <br />Statutes § 462.352 Subd. 15) which ST. FRANCIS may <br />hereinafter adopt. <br /> <br />ST. FRANCIS shall provide the Building Inspectors <br />provided under this agreement with coverage under the ST. <br />FRANCIS' comprehensive general liability and other <br />insurance as is appropriate for the work to be performed and <br />furnished. Such insurance will provide protection to <br />RAMSEY AND ST. FRANCIS from claims which may arise <br />out of or result from RAMSEY'S Building Inspector's <br />performance and furnishing of the services required under <br />this agreement. <br /> <br /> 9. Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause upon <br />giving notice in writing of intent to terminate at least 30 days prior to the <br />effective date. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement <br />on the date first above written. <br /> <br />CITY OF ST.
