DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS <br /> <br /> All funds disbursed by the parties pursuant to this Agreement shall be disbursed by each entity <br />pursuant to the method provided by law. <br /> <br />9. CONTRACTS AND PURCHASES <br /> <br /> Ail contracts let and purchases made pursuant to this Agreement shall be made by the <br />Agencies in conformance to the State Laws. <br /> <br />10. STRICT ACCOUNTABILITY <br /> <br /> A strict accounting shall be made of all funds and report of all receipts and disbursements shall <br />be made upon request by either party. <br /> <br />11. TERMINATION <br /> <br /> This Agreement may be terminated without cause by either party at anytime by providing <br />written notification to the other party, provided that the Legislative Counsel shall be entitled to <br />payment for services rendered prior to the date of termination. <br /> <br />12. ADDITIONAL PARTIES <br /> <br /> Other cities or townships may join the Agencies by executing a counterpart to this Agreement <br />by filing the same with the designated representative of the Agencies. <br /> <br />13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> It is understood and agreed that the entire agreement of the parties is contained herein and <br />that this Agreement supersedes all oral agreements and all negotiations between the parties relating <br />to the subject matter thereof, as well as any previous agreement presently in effect between the <br />parties relating to the subject matter thereof.
