.I) RA[~f 9/il/90 <br /> <br />4. COMPENSATION AND BILLING <br /> <br /> The Agencies shall compensate the Legislative Counsel in an amount not to exceed the total <br />sum of $41,750.00, based upon the hourly rate of the Legislative Counsel. In addition to the charges <br />based upon hourly rates, the Legislative Counsel will be reimbursed for all expenses incurred in <br />connection with performing legislative services under this Agreement as approved by the Agencies. <br /> <br /> The Legislative Counsel shall submit a monthly statement to the Agencies for services provided <br />under this Agreement and shall be paid the by the Agencies within 45 days from receipt of said <br />statement. <br /> <br />5. REPORTS <br /> <br /> At the request of the Agencies, the Legislative Counsel shall report to the Agencies, either <br />orally, or in writing, the services that have been provided pursuant to this Agreement. The <br />designated representative shall keep all Agencies informed of the activities of the legislative Counsel. <br /> <br />6. NOTICES <br /> <br /> All notices or communication between the parties required under this Agreement shall be given <br />to the designated representatives as follows: <br /> <br />For the Agencies: <br /> John "Jay" McLinden <br /> Anoka County Administrator <br /> Courthouse <br /> Anoka, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />For the Legislative Counsel: <br /> Charles R.
