Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />COUNTRYSIDE <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #90-10- <br /> <br />APPROVING DESIGNATION OF BUDGET MONIES <br />ESTATES PARK. <br /> <br />IN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey had approved the appropriation of <br />$7,500.00 in the 1990 budget to be used for improvements to be made in Countryside Estates <br />Park; and <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said appropriation was not specific as to the nature of the improvements; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the neighborhood residents have indicated a desire to see a tot lot as the <br />initial improvement in this park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a park layout has been developed which allows for the installation of a tot <br />lot without limiting future park development. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the budgeted amount of $7,500.00 for the improvement of Countryside Estates Park <br />be hereby designated for the purchase and installation of tot lot equipment. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of October, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
