I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> <br /> FOR <br /> <br />NORTH LAKE PROPERTIES, INC. <br /> <br />On October 23, 1990, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of <br />Ramsey ("city") to North Lake.Properties, Inc., 1433 Utica Avenue <br />South, Suite 70, Minneapolis, MN 55416, a Minnesota corporation, <br />("Permittee") to construct a 16,990 square foot building <br />("Structure") on the Permittee's property located on Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard, Ramsey, Minnesota, which property is legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, RAMSEY 67 INDUSTRIAL PARK 1ST ADDITION, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />PIN: 35-32-25-22-0005 <br />("Site") <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey <br />City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed as shown <br />on the plans submitted to and approved by the City's <br />Building Official. Approval is given for a concrete <br />block building which will conform in appearance with the <br />Site Plan presented to the City. All building plans must <br />be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or <br />architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be <br />constructed in accordance with the requirements of the <br />State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on <br />the site as shown on the Site Plan submitted by <br />Permittee, which Site Plan is attached hereto as Exhibit <br />"A" and consists of eight (8) sheets, received by the <br />City on September 13, 1990, and drawn by Graphic Design <br />Architects, 320 East Main Street, Anoka, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. Permittee will construct and <br />install the following Site Improvements on the Site in <br />accordance with the specifications and location as shown <br />on Exhibit "A". The Improvements are the following: <br /> <br />Concrete Curb consisting of B612 around new parking <br />lot perimeter; <br />Bituminous access road; <br /> <br /> <br />
