CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR VE-VEt INC. On October 23, 1990, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Ve-Ve, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, 14047 Azurite Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota ("Permittee") to construct a 5,900 square foot building expansion ("Structure") on the property at 14047 Azurite Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, which property is legally described as follows: See attached legal description. PIN: 34-32-25-11-0008 and 34-32-25-11-0009 ("Site") This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to and approved by the city's Building official. Approval is given for a steel building which will conform in appearance with the existing building on the Site and in accordance with the Site Plan presented to the City. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on the Site as shown on the Site Plan submitted by Permittee, which Site Plan is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and consists of one (1) sheet and is hand drawn by Permittee. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. Permittee will construct and install the following Site Improvements on the Site: Concrete Curb consisting of B612 around new parking lot perimeter; Bituminous parking lot and driveway; Class V installation; Site Grading;
