CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />FOR <br /> <br /> VE-VEt INC. <br /> <br />On October 23, 1990, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of <br />Ramsey ("City") to Ve-Ve, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, 14047 <br />Azurite Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota ("Permittee") to construct a <br />5,900 square foot building expansion ("Structure") on the property <br />at 14047 Azurite Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, which property is <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />See attached legal description. <br /> <br />PIN: 34-32-25-11-0008 and 34-32-25-11-0009 <br />("Site") <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey <br />City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed as shown <br />on the plans submitted to and approved by the city's <br />Building official. Approval is given for a steel <br />building which will conform in appearance with the <br />existing building on the Site and in accordance with the <br />Site Plan presented to the City. All building plans must <br />be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or <br />architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be <br />constructed in accordance with the requirements of the <br />State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on <br />the Site as shown on the Site Plan submitted by <br />Permittee, which Site Plan is attached hereto as Exhibit <br />"A" and consists of one (1) sheet and is hand drawn by <br />Permittee. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. Permittee will construct and <br />install the following Site Improvements on the Site: <br /> <br />Concrete Curb consisting of B612 around new parking <br />lot perimeter; <br />Bituminous parking lot and driveway; <br />Class V installation; <br />Site Grading; <br /> <br /> <br />
