36. <br /> <br />37. <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />39. <br /> <br />40. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will involve uses, activities, <br />processes, materials and equipment and conditions of operation <br />that will be detrimental to any persons, property or the <br />general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, <br />noise, smoke, fumes, glare or odors. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or <br />otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the <br />vicinity of the use or to the publi~ welfare. <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br /> <br />On the basis of the foregoing Findings, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission concludes that the proposed use does comply with the <br />requirements of the City Code sections 170.013D and accordingly <br />recommends approval of the application for a Conditional Use Permit <br />by Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was <br />duly seconded by Commissioner Deemer and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bawden <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />Zimmerman, Terry <br /> <br />Deemer, Bawden, LaDuce, <br /> <br />and the following abstained: None. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Hendricksen, Thorud. <br /> <br />whereupon said findings of fact were declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the Planning and Zoning Commission this the 16th day of <br />October, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
