I I I I I I I I I I I ! I I I I I I ORDINANCE NO. 90- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.03 KNOWN AS THE "SUBDIVISION" CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. · " of the Paragraph 1 of Section 170 0310A entitled "PROCEDURE, Ramsey City Code is amended to read as follows: 170.0310A PROCEDURE Prior to the City Council approval of a final plat, the following procedures shall be followed: Following approval of the preliminary plat by the Council, the zoning officer shall promptly notify the subdivider of said approval and furnish him with a certified copy of the resolution approving preliminary plat. Within one (1) year following approval of the preliminary plat, the subdivider shall file six (6) copies of the final plat with the zoning officer. Thereafter, the Council may extend the period upon written application by the subdivider and subject to all applicable performance conditions and requirements, or the Council may require submission of a new application unless the Council finds that substantial activity and investment has occurred in reasonable reliance on the approved application and the subdivider will suffer substantial financial damage as a consequence of a requirement to submit a new application. The final plat shall incorporate all changes required by the City Council. SECTION 2. AMENDMENT. Paragraph 2 of Section 170.0310C entitled "RECORDING," of the Ramsey City Code is amended to read as follows: 170.0310C RECORDING Following approval of the final plat by the Council, the zoning officer shall promptly notify the subdivider of said approval and furnish him with a certified copy of the resolution approving said plat. Within two (2) years following final plat approval, the final plat shall be recorded with the County Recorder or Registrar of Titles of Anoka County. Thereafter, the Council may extend the period
