I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 90- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.03 KNOWN AS THE "SUBDIVISION" <br />CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. <br /> <br /> · " of the <br /> Paragraph 1 of Section 170 0310A entitled "PROCEDURE, <br />Ramsey City Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />170.0310A PROCEDURE <br /> <br />Prior to the City Council approval of a final plat, the <br />following procedures shall be followed: <br /> <br />Following approval of the preliminary plat by the <br />Council, the zoning officer shall promptly notify the <br />subdivider of said approval and furnish him with a <br />certified copy of the resolution approving preliminary <br />plat. Within one (1) year following approval of the <br />preliminary plat, the subdivider shall file six (6) <br />copies of the final plat with the zoning officer. <br />Thereafter, the Council may extend the period upon <br />written application by the subdivider and subject to all <br />applicable performance conditions and requirements, or <br />the Council may require submission of a new application <br />unless the Council finds that substantial activity and <br />investment has occurred in reasonable reliance on the <br />approved application and the subdivider will suffer <br />substantial financial damage as a consequence of a <br />requirement to submit a new application. The final plat <br />shall incorporate all changes required by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT. <br /> <br /> Paragraph 2 of Section 170.0310C entitled "RECORDING," of the <br />Ramsey City Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />170.0310C RECORDING <br /> <br />Following approval of the final plat by the Council, the <br />zoning officer shall promptly notify the subdivider of said <br />approval and furnish him with a certified copy of the <br />resolution approving said plat. Within two (2) years <br />following final plat approval, the final plat shall be <br />recorded with the County Recorder or Registrar of Titles of <br />Anoka County.
