Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />In conjunction with, and at the recommendation of the study on adult uses in the City of Ramsey, <br />amendments have been prepared for the licensing of businesses in the City of Ramsey. Generally, <br />those ordinances require that all businesses be licensed by the City Administrator allowing for the <br />appeal of rejected licenses to the City Council.
