I I I I I I I I I I I I I I i I I I ORDINANCE CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY RELATING TO BUSINESS AND TRADE LICENSES AND LICENSING ADULT USES; The City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, does ordnln: Section 1. .Amendment That Chapter 7, Section 7.01 Business and Trade Licenses of the City Code shall be Amended to add the following Sections: 7.01 Business and Trade License~ 7.01.01 Compliance. No person shall practice or carry on a business, trade or profession in the City without complying with ali Federal and State regulations, laws, license or permit requirements, and with the license and permit requirements of any provision of this Code. 7.01.02 Definition. A business, trade, or profession shall include the bartering, selling, purchasing, or exchange of goods, services, and materials, with or without compensation. 7.01.03 Application. Unless otherwise provided in this Chapter, application for any license or permit required by this Chapter shall be made with the City Administrator on forms furnished by the City. The applicant shall provide the following information: a. The name, residence, phone number and birth date of the applicant, if an individual; if a corporation, the names, residences, phone numbers and birthdates of those owners holding more than five percent (5%) of the outstanding stock of the corporation; b. The name, address, phone number and birth date of the manager of such operation, if different from the owners; c. The premises wherein the business is to be located; d. The activities and types of business to be conducted; e. The hours of operation; f. A building plan of the premises detailing all internal operations and activities that involve combustible or hazardous materials. 11/8/90 Page 1 /50
