I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />go <br /> <br />Information pursuant to Minnesota Statute 270.72 <br />concerning Tax Clearance. <br /> <br />Proof of worker's compensation insurance in accordance <br />with Minnesota Statute 176.181, Subd. 2. which includes the <br />name of the insurance company, the policy number, and the <br />dates of coverage or the permit to self-insure. <br /> <br />The applicant shall provide such additional information as required by the <br />City Administrator or any licensing or permit provision of this Chapter. <br /> <br />7.01.04. Processing <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Time. The minimum length of time required <br />for the processing of any application shall be determined by the City <br />Administrator and the applicant shall be informed of the appropriate and <br />necessary time requirements. <br /> <br /> Sub(12. Review and Approval Responsibility. The review of <br />all license applications shall be the responsibility of the City Administrator <br />and shall include a formal administrative hearing. All license applications <br />shall be subject to the approval of the City Administrator and any denial shall <br />be subject to demonstrated cause. Any decision of the City Administrator <br />shall be subject to appeal to the City Council. <br /> <br />7.01.05 Term. The license or permit term shall be January I to <br />December 31 of each year, unless otherwise provided in this Code. <br /> <br />7.01.06 Renewal. No license or permit is automatically renewed by the <br />City. Applicants for renewal shall be submitted to the City Administrator <br />prior to the expiration date for the City AdministratoFs approval. <br /> <br />7.01.07 Proration mud Refunds. No license or permit fee shall be <br />refunded except as expressly provided in this Chapter. License and permit <br />fees may be prorated based on the number of months remaining in the then <br />calendar year. Proration shall apply only to those applicants who have not <br />held a license in the City of Ramsey during the previous calendar year. <br /> <br />7.01.08. Revocation. Any violation of the terms of this Chapter or any <br />other licensing or permit provision of this Chapter shall be grounds for <br />suspension and/or revocation of the license or permit by the City <br />Administrator. Licenses and permits shall be revoked only for cause and <br />upon adequate notice and the holding of an administrative hearing. <br />Decisions by the City Administrator are subject to appeal to the City Council. <br /> <br />7.01.09 Display. Any person to whom a license or permit is issued <br />pursuant to this Chapter shall be required to display such license or permit or <br />to make said license or permit available for review upon request.
