Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~)0-11- RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE TURN BACK OF OLD COUNTY ROAD #83 AND DECLARING THE SECTION OF STREET TO BE CALLED TIGER STREET NORTHWEST. WHEREAS, Anoka County has completed the realignment of County Road//83 (Armstrong Boulevard N.W.) in the City of Ramsey; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has accepted the turn back of the section of old County Road #83 located between 169th Avenue N.W. and County Road #63 at its April 28, 1987 meeting; and WHEREAS, the City's grid system of street naming and alignment requires that the turn backed sa'eet be named Tiger Street N.W.; and WHEREAS, there are currently four residents with access on to this section of County Road #83 whose addresses will change from Armstrong Boulevard N.W. to Tiger Street N.W. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the portion of the turn back road shall be changed on the official City map to Tiger Street N.W. 2) That the City Engineer Steve Jankowski shall change the official City map to reflect the new street name. 3) That the City Administrator David Hartley shall proceed to notify the affected residents and required governmental agencies and companies regarding the change of street name The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following were absent: and the following abstained: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of November, 1990.
