Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Page 2 <br />November 29, 1990 <br /> <br />Since the contractor will be using the excess material from the <br />grading of Lot 3, Block 1, Lutz Ramsey Acres to construct a City <br />project (153rd Avenue), the City may wish to give variances to some <br />of the requirements of the ordinance.
