Commissioner Hendriksen stated that this Commission does not have the ability to change g9 of the proposed Findings of Fact, as it reflects a quote from the applicant's application; therefore, it is a tree statement. Mr. Rychner stated that he is agreeable to the proposed amendment to Item ~9 of the proposed Findings of Fact. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer and LaDue. Voting No: Commissioners Thomd and Hendriksen. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Bawden. Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to amend Item #11 of the proposed Findings of Fact to eliminate the phrase "for a similar use". Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Thorud, Deemer, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Bawden. Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to delete #12 from the proposed Findings of Fact. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer and LaDue. Voting No: Commissioners Thomd and Hendriksen. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Bawden. Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to amend Item #31 of the proposed Findings of Fact to change the word "stored" to "placed". Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Thorud, Deemer, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Bawden. Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to add an item to the proposed Findings of Fact to indicate that the applicant has stated that he will provide adequate screening at the site. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Thorud, Deemer, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Bawden. Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to amend Item #41 of the proposed Findings of Fact to indicate that the proposed use will not impair the use, enjoyment or market value of surrounding property. Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer and LaDue. Voting No: Commissioners Thomd and Hendriksen. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Bawden. Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to amend Item #42 of the proposed Findings of Fact to indicate that the proposed use-will not be dangerous or detrimental to persons in the vicinity. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue and Hendriksen. Voting No: Commissioner Thorud. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Bawden. Motion by Commissioner Thorud and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to amend Item #43 of the proposed Findings of Fact to indicate that the proposed use will not be harmonious with the comprehensive plan.
