That the Applicant has stated that transmission oil from the <br /> disassembly operation is currently burned in the melt furnace <br /> at the existing site under the Applicant's current license at <br /> that site. <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has indicated that a secured outside <br />storage area would be constructed abutting the south side of <br />the existing wood frame building in Area B. <br /> <br />39. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that a sign and gate would be <br />installed near the driveway entry indicating the hours of <br />operation and the materials accepted. The gate would prohibit <br />entry after hours to minimize drop off activity of waste <br />materials. <br /> <br />40. <br /> <br />That the hours of operation for the melt operation are <br />anticipated by the Applicant to be 24 hours a day, seven days <br />a week. <br /> <br />41. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that six employees will work at <br />the site. <br /> <br /> <br />
