54. <br /> <br />That the memo from Mr. McKusick, Ramsey Fire Department <br />(undated), is incorporated herein as a finding by reference. <br /> <br />55. <br /> <br />That the memo from City Attorney, William Goodrich, dated <br />December 4, 1990 is incorporated herein as a finding by <br />reference. <br /> <br />56. <br /> <br />That the Tiller Corporation letter to Aluminum Recycling, Inc. <br />(date) notifying ARI of their lease termination is <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was <br />made by Commissioner Deemer and was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />LaDue and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: LaDue, Zimmerman, Deemer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: Thorud <br /> <br />and the following abstained: None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Hendrickson, Terry, Bawden <br /> <br />whereupon said findings of fact were amended and declared duly <br />passed and adopted by the Planning and Zoning Commission this the <br />6th day of December, 1990. <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br /> <br />On the basis of the foregoing Findings, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission concludes that the proposed use does comply with the <br />requirements of the City Code sections 170.013D and accordingly <br />recommends approval of the application for a Conditional Use Permit <br />by Aluminum Recycling, Inc. <br /> <br />The motion to recommend approval of the application for a <br />Conditional Use Permit was made by Commissioner Deemer and was duly <br />seconded by Commissioner and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Hendrickson, Terry, Bawden <br /> <br /> <br />
