Section 3. Permits. and Fees. <br /> <br />Building permit fees shall be as provided in the Uniform Building Code and adopted by <br />resolution annually or as the City Council may deem necessary. <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />1979 U.B.C. Table 3A and Section 304. <br /> <br />Annual building evaluation data as established by Department of Administration, <br />Building Codes and Standards Division, 1987 Valuation Data. <br /> <br />Section 4. ~ <br /> <br />City Ordinance #89-27 adopted November 28, 1989 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 5. Violations and Penalties. <br /> <br /> Any violation of this Ordinance shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed <br />$700.00 and/or a maximum of 90 days in jail. In addition, the City may seek appropriate <br />injunctive and/or equitable relief from a Court of competent jurisdiction in enforcement of this <br />Ordinace. <br /> <br />Section 6.
