Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR A LEGISLATIVE BODY RELATING TO A MONEY PURCHASE <br />RETIREMENT PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey desires that its money purchase retirement plan <br />be adminislered by the ICMA Retirement Corporation and that the funds held under such <br />plan be invested in the ICMA Retirement Trust, a trust established by public employers <br />for the collective investment of funds held under their money purchase retirement plan <br />and deferred compensation plans. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey hereby executes the Declaration of Trust of the <br />ICMA Trust, attached hereto. <br /> <br />The molion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and 1he following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 8th day of January, 1991. <br /> <br /> <br />
