Irl~ <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />SCHOOL INSPECTION AGREEMENT <br /> By: Fire Department <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes: Act of April 27, 1990, the State Fire Marshal was required <br />to develop a plan to inspect every public school facility used for educational purposes. <br />Such facilities must be inspected at least once every three years with thc first inspection to <br />be made in the 1990-1991 school year. <br /> <br />The State Fire Marshal is requesting that the City of Ramsey Fire Department perform these <br />inspections. An agreement has been provided that details the services required and <br />inspection standards. A copy of this agreement and instructions for completing same are <br />attached. The instructions state the agreement must be returned by January 15, 1991. <br /> <br />A copy of this agreement has been forwarded to our City Attorney for review.
