CASE <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE <br />MINNESOTA STATE BUILDING CODE <br />By: Steve Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />It has been the City's past policy to adopt the Minnesota State Building Code. The State Building <br />Code was modified and updated in 1990 and therefore the City must likewise amend its ordinance <br />to achieve compliance with its past policy.
