Finally, as a part of the 1984 agreement WMMI and Waste Management <br />Inc. provided the City with an Indemnification Agreement. This is <br />a blanket indemnification agreement and generally indemnifies the <br />city from environmental liability which may occur as a result of <br />the landfill operation. The indemnification term is for 50 years <br />from 1984 and it has no dollar maximum. <br /> <br /> <br />
