~ AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY THIS AGREEMENT entered into this ~ day of January, 1991 between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Victorious Jesus Chumh, hereinafter referred to as "Church". WHEREAS, Church has been renting the lower level of the Ramsey Municipal Center on Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. as a temporary facility to hold church services, meetings and classes. WHEREAS, Church is requesting to continue its use of the Ramsey Municipal Center for the months February 1991 through January 1992. WHEREAS, the City has approved this request contingent upon Church and the City entering into an agreement. NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual agreement and covenants and conditions hereinafter contained, IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: That Church agrees that their use of the lower level of the Ramsey Municipal Center will be on Sundays (8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) and on Wednesdays (7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) for the months of February 1991 to January 1992. II. That Church shall provide the City with a copy of their liability insurance naming the City in their limits of liability through the entire period they are requesting use of the Ramsey Municipal Center. General liability coverage must be in an amount no less than $600,000.00. III. That Church agrees and understands that if another organization or group requests the use of the lower level during Church's scheduled times, then the Church shall make other arrangements. It is also agreed that the City will make every effort to give Church adequate notice of any conflict of times.
