This turnback to the City of Ramsey would be consistent <br /> agreements to reach with the City prior to the re-alignment of CR 83. <br /> <br /> It is Anoka Countys intention to overlay that portion of Tiger Street, also known a <br /> CR 183 during the summer of 1991 after which the County will pass the necess~-:: <br /> resolutions to turn it over to the City of Ramsey. Hopefully the City of Ramsey <br /> pass similar resolutions at the same time and hold a public hearing concerning th <br /> turnback of the roadway to the City. It is understanding that this public hearir <br /> my <br /> is required by law before a roadway can be accepted back by a City.
