I I I I i I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g91-02- RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT ON THE SEALCOATING OF M. S. A STREETS FOR 1991 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: a) 149th Avenue NW between State Highway #47 and Waco Street N.W. b) 167th Avenue NW between State Highway g47 and County Road #5. c) 153rd Avenue NW between Puma Su-eet NW and U.S. Highway #10. WHEREAS, to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 4.60 of the City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should be best to be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. 2) The above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project #91-09. The motion for the Councilmember favor thereof: adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in and the following voted against the same: and the following were absent: and the following abstained: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day of February, 1991.
