A copy of the proposed ordinance is enclosed for <br />your information. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The proposed ordinance is eligible for City Council adoption at this time and would become <br />effective 30 days after publication in the official newspaper. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends adoption of the proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Ordinance gO 1-__ rezoning Ouflot D, Northfork from Planned Unit Development to <br />Rural Business. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />CC: 2/12/91 <br /> <br />Zoning Admirdstrator <br />City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
