'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g91-02- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION UN-DESIGNATING PARK TRUST FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution #90-02-58 adopted by the Ramsey City Council on February 26, 1990 <br />designated two business contributions of $500.00 each ($1,000.00 total) be applied as a community cost <br />share portion for the fishing pier; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution q90-02-58 also designated up to $1,000.00 additional monies for cost <br />sharing for the fishing pier project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution specified these funds would be expended from the City of <br />Ramsey's Park Trust Fund (#805); and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agreement between the State of Minnesota and the City of Ramsey does not <br />require the expenditure of these funds. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby undesignates the sum of Two Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br />($2,000.00) in the Park Trust Fund and directs that these monies shall become a part of the <br />Fund's undesignated balance. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councitmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />12th day of February, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
