PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT PIN 24-32-25-33-0001 5566 152ND AVENUE N.W. 2/6/91 On ,1991, a conditional use permit was issued to David Pehlke to maintain commercial vehicle larger than one-ton on the property generally known as 5566 152nd Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25 described as follows: At a point on the west line of said Southwest Quarter, said point being 1208 feet south of the northwest comer of said Southwest Quarter and said point also being the intersection of said west line with the centerline of 152nd Avenue N.W., according to the plat of Gorhams Addition, extended westerly, thence south on the said west line of the Southwest Quarter for a distance of 259.4 feet, thence east at right angles 140 feet, thence north at right angles 311.1 feet, thence west at right angles 140 feet to the said west line of the Southwest Quarter, thence south 51.7 feet to place of beginning, together with an easement for road purposes over the said 152nd Avenue N.W. extended westerly to the east line of above described tract. This permit is issued pursutant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: That the maintenance of a two-ton septic pumper truck is hereby permitted on the subject property. That the truck shall be stored on site in an area that best provides screening the equipment from public view. That the track shall be emptied of all effluent and the exterior of the vehicle and holding tank shall be cleaned prior to being parked on the subject property at the completion of each days operations. 4 That the operator of the commercial vehicle shall observe all off-street parking regulations. 4 That this conditional use permit shall expire when the permittee ceases the septic tank pumping service and the permittee is responsible for providing that notice to the Zoning Administrator. That the City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. David Pehlke hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use permit and that he has reviewed the conditions of this permit and has agreed that he will cause compliance with the terms of this permit.
