RAMSEY RESIDENT FORMAT CHANGE <br />By: Claudia Dodge, Community Education Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As of January 1, 1991, the City of Ramsey and Ramsey Community Education are cooperating in <br />the editing, assembling and distribution of the Ramsey Resident. <br /> <br />Sylvia Frolik and Claudia Dodge are proposing that the format be changed to resemble the Andover <br />City Newsletter.
