McKinley Street right-of-way, which installation is to coincide with the McKinley Street construction; and W~EREAS, the McKinley Street right-of-way needs to be 80 feet wide; and W~EREAS, the legal description of the 80 foot wide right-of- way within which the sewer trunk line is already constructed and within which the water trunk line, McKinley Street and the storm sewer system will be constructed and located is as follows: An 80 foot wide strip of land the centerline of which strip of land is as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the west line of the east 10 rods of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, and a line 390°00 feet northeasterly of as measured at a right angle to and parallel with the northerly right of way of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence northwesterly parallel with said northerly right of way to the east line of Outlot A, RAMSEY 67 INDUSTRIAL PARK FIRST ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota and said centerline there terminating. The northerly and southerly lines of said easement are to be prolonged or shortened to terminate on the west line of the east 10 rods of said North- west Quarter and the east line of said Outlot A. Hereinafter "McKinley Street Right-of-Way"; and W~EREA$, in addition to the above described 80 foot wide street and storm sewer system right-of-way, the CITY needs to I I ! I !
