restoration of disturbed easement areas shall be done when all construction work has been completed. The contractor shall remove from the site all extra materials, equipment, debris and other supplies. All surfaces distributed during the construction period, except street right-of-way surfaces, whether caused by actual excavation, deposition of excavated material, or by the con- struction equipment, shall be restored with four inches of topsoil and seeded. The CITY agrees to maintain the seeded areas until growth is established. 7o Abstract of Title° The LANDOWNERS agree, as soon hereafter as is reasonably possible~ to supply to the CITY an Abstract of Title to the property rights to be granted to the CITY provided, however, that the CITY shall pay the costs of any continuation thereof requested by ito If the land covered by said easements has been registered, no such Abstract of Title shall be supplied but the LANDOWNER agrees to deliver the Owner's Duplicate Certificate of Title to the CITY on the date of closing as hereinafter defined to enable the property rights to be recorded. However, no Abstract or Owner's Duplicate need be provided unless specifically requested by the CITY. 8° Marketable Title. The LANDOWNERS agree to render such aid and assistance as may be reasonably necessary for the CITY to establish marketable title to the land covered by the property rights described herein. If said land is encumbered, the LANDOWNER agrees to execute all documents and to render all aid or assistance requested by the CITY in its efforts to obtain consent to such 6 I I I !
